Gender Norms Diagnostic Study: Focus on the financial markets systems in Busoga Sub Region, Uganda
The diagnostic study was to increase the understanding of how norms influence behaviours of market actors, the resultant constraints from such behaviours and identify opportunities for increasing financial inclusion through influencing change in behaviour of market actors.
FSD Uganda will use the findings of this study to design interventions in the financial market system for Busoga as well as other interventions. Further the study will also increase the understanding of gendered market system dynamics for the Stimulating Agribusiness for Youth Employment (SAYE) Program Consortium partners.
