Synopsis:

The nation-wide survey was conducted to quantify and profile the demand for financial services by consumers, and to identify barriers to access and usage. Reliable information provides a sound basis for improving policy and facilitates the supply of appropriate financial services. The survey also informed FSDU’s own consumer finance initiatives and provided benchmarks for our interventions.
